>> SURE. SINCE YOUR LAST MEETING IN AUGUST, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE GONE THROUGH THE COUNCIL AND THEY DELIBERATED ON THEM.

ONE WAS THE FISHERMAN'S WHARF OFFICE AND RESTAURANT THAT WAS APPROVED THREE TO ONE BY THE COUNCIL.

I DON'T BELIEVE THERE WERE ANY CHANGES ON THAT ONE.

ROGER DEAN STADIUM WAS ALSO HEARD BY THE COUNCIL THAT WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS SEVEN BEING REMOVED, WHICH IS THE CONDITION ASSOCIATED WITH THE GRASS PARKING THAT YOU ALL HAVE DELIBERATED ON HERE.

THAT WAS DETERMINED TO BE SOMETHING THAT COULD BE ADDRESSED IN THE FUTURE.

RECOGNIZING THEM WAS STILL IMPORTANT BUT NOT NECESSARY AT THIS TIME.

THERE WERE SOME REALEST CLAUSES AS WELL TO ADDRESS THE SHARED QUAD FIELD, THE NORTH 25 ACRES, AND THAT WAS APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.

THAT WAS IN AUGUST AND IN SEPTEMBER, THE TOWN'S BUDGETS WERE APPROVED FOR THE OPERATING BUDGETS FOR OUR DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS OTHERS, AND THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.

THAT'S THE ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT, WAS APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL SO THAT ENABLED THE APPLICATION TO COME FORWARD THAT YOU MADE A RECOMMENDATION ON EARLIER ON THE CONSENT AGENDA, CONSISTENT WITH THAT CODE AMENDMENT.

THE NORTH DELAWARE, LAND USE CHANGE WAS RECOMMENDED OR TRANSMITTED TO THE STATE.

THAT WAS TO CHANGE THE PROPERTY ON NORTH DELAWARE TO CONSERVATION LAND USE AND CONSERVATION PRESERVATION.

AS YOU MAY RECALL, THE INITIAL RECOMMENDATION WAS RECREATION AND PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL AND THE BOARD HAD RECOMMENDED THAT IT GO TO CONSERVATION.

IT WAS CONSISTENT WITH WHAT YOUR RECOMMENDATION WAS.

WHILE THIS WAS ON A COMMISSION ITEM, THE OLD TOWN HALL PROPERTY WAS DESIGNATED AS A HISTORIC SITE IN THE TOWN AND LET'S SEE, CROSSROADS.

THAT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, WHICH I'LL SAY WAS NOT SOMETHING THAT COMES BEFORE THE BOARD.

THAT'S THE PROPERTY ALSO KNOWN AS SUNDAY CIRCLE.

THERE WAS A PROPOSAL BY THE LANDOWNER TO MAKE AN AMENDMENT TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN COUNCIL AND THE PROPERTY OWNER.

THE COUNCIL DETERMINED THAT THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED AT THIS TIME IN AMENDING THAT AGREEMENT, AND THAT'S IT.
