Abacoa Development - . Rescission of the Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Development Order; . Repeal and replace the Abacoa Master Site Plan to incorporate relevant information and conditions of approval from the Abacoa DRI Development Order as follows: . Include current development totals (dwelling units, research and development, retail, office, etc.); . Incorporate development provisions (landscaping, vegetation, water, housing, transportation, etc.) from dissolved DRI Development Order; ? Providing for an expiration date for remaining entitlements.
