Ordinance 13-21, Second Reading, – Quasi-judicial -Amendment to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) to modify previously approved conditions of approval related to uses, parking, sound, and events; modify the approved events program in place of the outdoor venue designation; provide additional outdoor seating areas on the site; and request additional parking waivers. B.
