CONTINUED TO 11/6/18 Beacon Park Development Agreement - First amendment to the Development Agreement between the Town and Crossroads 6106 LLC as successor in interest to DDR Jupiter Falls LLC to add self-storage and medical and dental clinics as use by right, and clarifying the minimum size of a conference center, for 93.5+/- acres of property generally located north of Indiantown Road and east of I-95 along Island Way. Approving a Purchase Order to American Water Chemicals, Inc. of Plant City, Florida for procurement of 6,920 Aquacare cartridge filters for the pre-treatment of Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration raw feed water in the amount of $51,900.
