PUBLIC HEARINGS 4. Ordinance 21-18, Second Reading, Prohibiting the Rainy Season Application of Fertilizers from June 1 through September 30, as a best management practice to mitigate adverse impacts on the water quality of water bodies in the Town. 5. Ordinance 22-18, First Reading, Town initiated text amendments to differentiate between palms, planted trees, street trees, and naturally occurring trees and to revise mitigation requirements accordingly, to include Chapter 26 “Vegetation and Environmental Preservation”: Section 26-1, entitled “Definitions”; Section 26-36, entitled “Application requirements for vegetation removal permit”; Section 26-121, entitled “Supplemental tree protection requirements”. Resolution 73-18, Approving a non-exclusive two-year renewable Contract award to Membrane Treatment Services LLC., for Unit Price Contract for Membrane Services with an estimate budget of $105,000 for each year of the initial two year contract term. 7. Resolution 79-18, Approving the Town to accept FEMA and State of Florida matching funds and authorize the Town Manager to execute documents relating to Hurricane Irma reimbursements.
Approving an Amendment to the Lease Agreement with El Sol Neighborhood Resource Center, extending the lease terms to five years.
Property Acquisition Bond Roundtable – 2019 Strategic Priority to discuss the potential for the Town to initiate a bond referendum for property acquisition.
