Fullerton Island Conservation Easement - Execute a deed of conservation easement to the United States Army Corps of Engineers pertaining to an 11.7+/- acre parcel of land known as Fullerton Island. Ordinance 9-18, Second Reading, Non-Acceptance of Applications with Violations - Zoning text amendment to amend Chapter 27, Article 1, Section 27-7 to provide for the authority of the Town to not accept or process applications for development orders or permits for a development which is not in compliance with provisions of the Town code or land development regulations or the conditions of a development order.
