Resolution 36-17, Authorizing an Adjustment in water rates in accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Water & Sewerage Maintenance cost Index consistent with the Town Code.
Resolution 37-17, Authorizing an adjustment in Stormwater Utility Fees in accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Consumer Price Index.
PUBLIC HEARINGS 9. Ordinance 8-17, Second Reading, Housing Element Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment – To modify Policy 1.2.10 associated with mandatory requirements of the Workforce Housing Program. 10. Ordinance 4-17, Second Reading, Workforce Housing Regulations - Zoning text amendment to Chapter 27, Article X, Division 42 entitled “Workforce Housing Program” (WFH) • Allow required workforce housing units to be produced off-site based on criteria; • Incentivize the donation of land instead of paying the in lieu fee as an option to producing workforce housing units; • Clarify density bonus provisions.
Ordinance 5-17, Second Reading, Transportation Element Comprehensive Plan Text amendments – Modify the following: • Table 1 to include the road segment of Island Way south of Indiantown Road; • Road Level of Service (LOS) Tables and Figures pertaining to existing and short-term (2020) and long-term (2035) future traffic levels on the following Town-maintained road segments: o A1A from US1 to Jupiter Beach Road; o Island Way south of Indiantown Road. • Policy 3.1.2 pertaining to adopting a multi-modal daily LOS standard C for the above A1A road segment; • Delete Policy 3.2.11 that pertains to establishing an adopted daily LOS standard for the above A1A road segment.
