CONTINUED TO 7/18/17 Resolution 4-17, Wendy’s – Quasi-judicial - Site plan amendment to renovate and expand a nonconforming fast food restaurant use on a 0.65 ± acre property, at 626 W. Indiantown Road. PUBLIC BUSINESS 5. Approving cancellation of the Town Council Special Meeting Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 7PM. 6. REGULAR AGENDA PUBLIC HEARINGS ABACOA DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT (DRI) – Amendments to the Development Order (DO) related to the concurrent Cinebowl development applications as follows: - Section 3: Order – - Increase retail square footage, and - Decrease the number of movie theater screens and seats; - Map HR – Changes to reflect the proposed modifications to “Section 3: Order;” - Whereas clauses pertaining to the proposed change in Developer for the overall DRI.
