Approving contract award EPW 2017-15-B; for landscape and irrigation maintenance (section B-East) to Duval Landscape Maintenance, LLC in an amount not to exceed $440,331.96. 7. Accepting change order to Roof Painting by Hartzell, Inc. under their existing contract for painting maintenance services for Water and Storm water Utilities in the amount of $390,799. 8. Approving the Town Council Budget Workshops, Thursday, June 15, 2017 and Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 6:30PM in the Jupiter Community Center. # 9. Approving funding for ten (10) Neighborhood Matching Grants in the amount of $36,626 to leverage $102,621 in projects.
